Rep.Roscoe Barlett of Maryland, has introduced a Bill HR 17 to insure the Rights of Citizens to protect themselves.

Roscoe Bartlett is one of a tiny handfull of members of Congress worth keeping. Sometimes it seems like Roscoe and Ron Paul are the only two decent members. I'm only about 15 miles from Bartlett's district and I wish he was my representative. He had also been a leader on Peak Oil and protection against EMP attacks and is one of the few PhD scientists in Congress. He is in an extremely safe district and at his age (late 80s) he cares more about how he leaves the country for his grandkids and their generation than about the typical petty political power grabs.
I appreciate that info, Sir. I really don't know alot about Reps. from other States, but I am learning. He appears to be one of the few good ones.
